Applicants must earn at least three times the monthly rent in gross monthly income and meet qualifying credit requirements. Applicants who do not independently qualify may apply with a guarantor who meets the required income and credit criteria. Applicants must also have positive rental history with no unpaid balances owed to previous landlords.

Yes. Residents are required to maintain a personal liability renter’s insurance policy throughout the full lease term, including renewals.

Yes. RiZE at Opus Park is a pet-friendly apartment community in Minnetonka, MN. Residents may have up to two pets per apartment, with breed restrictions and weight limits applying. One-time pet fees and monthly pet rent apply. Service animals are exempt from pet fees and breed restrictions in accordance with applicable laws.

Yes. Garage parking is available for residents at RiZE at Opus Park. General parking spaces and reserved parking options are available for an additional monthly fee.

Maintenance emergencies may include flooding, water leaks, loss of heat or air conditioning during unsafe temperatures, gas odors, overflowing toilets, electrical outages, smoke detector issues, refrigeration loss, or security concerns. Residents should call the on-call maintenance line after hours for emergency assistance.

During move-in, residents visit the leasing office with a valid physical ID to review move-in paperwork and complete the required checklist. Residents also receive a welcome letter with additional move-in instructions and payment details through the resident portal.

Residents must provide a minimum 60-day written notice before moving out. After notice is received, residents will receive additional move-out instructions and guidelines from the leasing office.

Residents can pay rent online through the resident portal website or mobile app. Certified funds may also be submitted through MoneyGram. Resident portal access is available using a username and password.
